To address this opportunity, we helped spearhead the development of the CGI Creator Program — an initiative designed to bridge nonprofit impact storytelling with digital creator culture.

Program Strategy & Design:
Developed the framework for the Creator Program, aligning the initiative with CGI’s mission and Annual Meeting objectives.
Creator Selection:
Collaborated with leadership to vet and select a diverse cohort of creators whose platforms aligned with CGI’s impact areas.
Content Briefing & Messaging:
Created detailed content briefs outlining messaging, tone, and deliverables to ensure creators communicated CGI’s mission effectively.
Communications Management:
Managed creator communications from outreach through onboarding, ensuring a streamlined experience for participating creators.
Email Strategy & Copywriting:
Wrote outreach and briefing communications that reflected CGI’s voice while effectively engaging creators.
